Homeownership Counseling Class 
Wednesday August 3rd, 5:30pm-8:30pm 
Dundalk Community Center

This event is provided by Eastside Community Development Corporation in partnership with the Dundalk Renaissance Corporation. 

 
This class will help you:
  • learn what you need to do to prepare for homeownership -this is the first class in a 3-part process to obtaining homeownership certification
  • discover special incentives, closing cost and downpayment assistance programs - this course is required to access these programs that will save you LOTS of money! 
  • get ready to buy one of two DRC renovated homes and move in January, 2012- homeownership certification is required to purchase a DRC home.

 
The class will meet in Activity Room 2; light refreshments will be provided.
