Floyd came to Dundalk for work from rural West Virginia in 1929 and has been a popular resident ever since.  He and his wife purchased a house in the 1941's for $2600. and Floyd lives in the same house today. He has lived in Dundalk since the Great Depression and continues to be active with his church, family and neighbors.
