Event Terms & Conditions

Makers Market

Event Info + Space: The Makers Market will open at 9:00 am and finish at 2:00 pm. Vendors will be assigned a 10’X10’ space on Center Place. Larger spaces will be available upon request for an additional cost. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, display boards, chairs and anything else needed to display craft items, paintings, jewelry etc. Setup begins at 7:30 am. All vendors must be set up by 8:45 am.

Advertising: Advertising for this event will include print ads and calendar listings in local newspaper, e-newsletter and various social media advertising prior to each of the scheduled Makers Market dates. Vendors are encouraged to self-promote on their personal social media.

Vendor Fees (to be paid in full before your first event):

  • Vendor fee is $50.00 per event date. Fees are non-refundable.
  • There will be no waived fees at this event. Only non-profits who are not selling may have an exception but will still need to be approved.
  • Food trucks will operate on a separate fee schedule.

NOTE: All vendors must have proper permits and licenses, as directed by Maryland and Baltimore County, as well as, licenses for copyrights and trademarked logos (mlb, nfl, coca cola, etc…) All vendors selling food must have the necessary insurance & certifications, as directed by Baltimore County Recreation & Parks to serve food. Each vendor must have proof of insurance.

Food Truck Festival

Event Info + Space: The Food Truck Festival will open at 11:00 am and finish at 4:00 pm. General vendors will be assigned a 10’X10’ space on Center Place. Larger spaces will be available upon request for an additional cost. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, display boards, chairs and anything else needed to display craft items, paintings, jewelry etc (rentals may be available). Setup begins at 9:00 am. All vendors must be set up by 10:45 am.

  • Vendor fee is $60.00 per event date. Fees are non-refundable.
  • There will be no waived fees at this event. Only non-profits who are not selling may have an exception but will still need to be approved.

Family Fall Festival

Event Info + Space: The Fall Festival will open at 10:00 am and finish at 2:00 pm. Vendors will be assigned a 10’X10’ space at Veterans Park. Larger spaces will be available upon request for an additional cost. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, display boards, chairs and anything else needed to display craft items, paintings, jewelry etc (rentals may be available). Setup begins at 8:30 am. All vendors must be set up by 9:45 am.

Holiday Hoopla

Event Info + Space: The Holiday Hoopla Street Fair will open at 12:00 pm and finish at 4:00 pm. Vendors will be assigned a 10’X10’ space on Center Place. Larger spaces will be available upon request for an additional cost. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, display boards, chairs and anything else needed to display craft items, paintings, jewelry etc (rentals may be available). Setup begins at 10:30 am. All vendors must be set up by 11:45 am.
