9:45 am – Registration Opens
Registration will open at 9:45 am in Veterans Park at the tents. Parents must register their children to participate in the costume contest, receive a trick-or-treat bag, pumpkin decorating tickets. Kids costume contest registration ends at 11:45 am Please register your dogs for the costume contest at the registration tent before 11:15 am.

11:30 am – 12 pm – Dog Costume Contest 

12:00 pm – 1 pm – Kids Costume Contest

1 pm – Trick or Treating Begins
