With 43 miles of waterfront, you’re never far from a cove, creek or even Chesapeake Bay.

Half of our 24 neighborhoods are bordered by water, and 3 have public marinas (more are privately owned). Sparrows Point Country Club is waterfront, with a 62-slip marina. Anchor Bay East, a certified Green Marina, provides full service for boaters and Hard Yacht Café for everyone!

Dundalk’s 26+ parks (including one for dogs) are yours for walking, biking, picnicking and sports; you can wet your hook, line and sinker at 10 of them.

Each neighborhood has its own character, and you’ll find detached homes, row homes, new town home construction (some is waterfront) and amazing renovations. Everywhere, you’ll find the most bang for your Baltimore County housing buck.

Dundalk has reasonable housing costs, a variety of housing stock, County taxes, great highway access, shopping, restaurants, medical and dental services, schools (including CCBC-Dundalk), churches, parks, athletic fields – and parking! Everything to meet your needs and wants.

Dundalk’s future is positive. New businesses, restaurants and stores open every month. Tradepoint Atlantic’s multi-use revitalization of 3,250-acre Sparrows Point (former site of Bethlehem Steel) is creating jobs now and into the future – 3,500 by March 2019, 11,000 in 10 years, and 8,700 more during construction. You can live near your work!

This is a proud community on the rise – a great place to live, work and play.
